Rayshaun is a member of Davis Wright Tremaine's corporate and business transactions group. He assists firm clients on a range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and equity financings. As a strategic business partner, Rayshaun appreciates the opportunity to learn the intricacies of clients' businesses to better service their needs. Rayshaun maintains an active pro bono practice in addition to his business and finance work and is deeply committed to sparking change, with a particular focus on boosting access to financial resources and opportunities for entrepreneurs from underrepresented backgrounds.
