Lana is a Program Manager at Meta, holding degrees in Psychology and Law, Societies & Justice from the University of Washington. Her expertise centers on guiding product strategy for machine learning development, encompassing opportunity scoping and roadmap construction for cross-functional team utilization.

Throughout her career, Lana has worked with a team of engineers and research scientists to build products that enable creators and small businesses to build a meaningful community on their apps.

SCP's mission deeply resonates with her. Beyond offering deserving individuals a second chance, it restores the communities they belong to. Lana is honored to join this team, eager to bring her unique perspective to the Board, and excited to spread awareness of SCP’s mission within the community.
